Jagged Peak

I've been searching for some time for a "perfectly designed" true double wall tent and have finally found it in your product! Please give your design team a big happy face for me as this has got to be the best designed tent I have used in over 40 years of camping/motorcycle camping/backpacking. Zippers that open with one hand, vents that are placed correctly for optimum ventilation yet can be closed up, a floor plan that gives me plenty of room inside for me and all my gear, not to mention "sit-up and stretch your arms out space". I spent a rainy night "rain testing" in my meadow and not a drop leaked into the tent. Just spent another night in 30 degree weather and the tent was incredibly warm and draft free while allowing enough venting to eliminate condensation. I'm a little concerned about the floor seam being on the ground (apparently unsealed?) vs. a "bathtub floor" but it didn't leak after all night in a light rain. The quality of construction and materials is evident throughout this tent as well as a "real camper" designed it. Thanks to your company's team! I had never heard of ALPS Mountaineering before I started researching different tents, but am very impressed so far. Bad news for my tried and true Sierra Designs Clip Flashlight! I have been using that make of tent for the past 15 years and it now sits unused on the shelf thanks to your quality tent. I will happily show off my ALPS Jagged Peak to fellow campers and help spread the word of your tents.
